We had a great experience with renting an inflatable water slide from Playtime. Reserving online was easy and the business was responsive via email and phone when I had questions. Our birthday party was “the best ever” according to our newly 5yr old.
My name is Farissa and we rented a bounce house from Playtime Bouncehouse for our son’s birthday a few weeks ago and it was awesome! Jesse did a great job with setting up and taking down the bounce house. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house and had such a great time. We highly recommend them!!!
The men arrived on time, worked so hard within the heat of the day. Showed my husband what to do and not do. Everything was secured and neatly laid out. They arrived that evening and quickly took the house and pool down. Again, neatly. Really appreciated every step of the rental process. Will use them again next time grandkids visit together! We had the best party thanks to Playtime Bouncehouse! The kids played for hours and hours, never getting bored of the awesome water slide. It was delivered early and set up super quick, so my kids were thrilled! We will definitely use them again in the future ♡.
I am an event planner and I highly recommend Playtime BounceHouse Party Rentals. They provided some blowups and concessions for a 1,200 person event I planned in June 2022. They were a bit slow to pick up and return calls but I think they may have a “day job” as they did return my calls but just a little delayed. Have patience and follow up with an extra call if needed but they were responsive and very nice. Their equipment was spotless, I watched the cotton candy and popcorn machines come out of the truck and they looked brand new. They provided everything they said they would. The bounce house units were clean. The staff was terrific! They were kind and helpful. I recommend using this company and plan on working with them again!💕
