Planet Kids Indoor Playground and Cafe

I had my daughters 1st birthday here and it was the best experience ever. i told her what theme i wanted and they did an amazing good all i had to do was bring the cake . I had the Jupiter package which came with entertainment she came dressed like Dora and played and danced with the kids and helped keep them calm .10/10 recommend i will be throwing another party here.

Giving 4 stars because the effort is there and their staff is very nice. But I agree with the comment below it is very cluttered and no open ended toys, there was a lot of battery operated toys without batteries in them and a lot were broken. It just felt like every Toy they could find was put in there and sometimes less is more.

Be aware of this place! We rented Planet Kids for my son’s birthday party and the event was ruined due to the lack of air conditioning. They knew that we were having a party for 75 people and a/c was required. When I first went there, the facility met my requirements including air conditioning. But during my event, the facility was exceptionally warm. The temperature was over 80 degrees, which forced us to cut the party short. The cheese displays in my catering were melting because of the excessive heat. My guests were drenched in sweat as they were leaving the event early because of the insufferable heat. I notified the representatives on sight and they acknowledged that it was hot and they said the owner admitted it was hot but they had no authority to do anything because the owner maintains control of the AC from her phone. So either the AC was not funcional and the facility was not habitable or she refused to cool the facility to a reasonable temperature.nThey never apologized and at the end of the party, they still wanted to charge us more money for “extras”. For days I tried to contact the owner but she avoided me. When I finally got a hold of her, she said with her broken English that she couldn’t do anything and then hung up on me… Absolutely horrible experience!!

Best place to do a toddler’s birthday party! There are lots of toys and things to do/climb on/jump on for toddlers. It’s basically a one stop shop for a birthday party: they provide the decoration, food, entertainment, and staff! Their staff is amazing: they greet the people, organize everything throughout the event, and even say goodbye and give out the birthday favors. Would really recommend for parents who don’t want to do everything themselves and want to be able to enjoy the birthday with their kid!

I did my daughter's birthday here of miraculous this ladybug. The ladies are so nice they were so helpful everything was clean and neat. The best part is they do everything for you and as a single mom I really wanted something I could just show up party and leave ..thata exactly what we did.. please check them out you will not regret it as a parent
