Hands down five stars!!!! My 2 boys love Planet Bounce! What better place then to let them get out boy energy jumping and bouncing around. Rain or shine, run don’t walk.
I’m not one to write reviews, but we had a wonderful experience at Planet Bounce for my son’s 6th birthday party. It was easy to book and the party planner called a few days before to go over the details/pizza order (the pizza was actually good). Chelsea (and I’m sorry I don’t remember the other woman’s name) were so helpful on the day of the party. They made sure the party room was clean, put up all of the decorations and took them down, and offered their assistance for anything else we needed. Most importantly, all of the kids had a blast! Their new inflatable park is very cool and unique. I don’t think anyone at the party had ever seen anything like it before. Thank you guys for everything and 10/10 recommend for a play day or a party!
We had so much fun! My kids haven't stopped talking about it! The newly upgraded inflatable area has so many cool features and large enough for adults to chase the little ones. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back just for Planet Bounce!

We go all the time and we were excited for the remodel, however this will be our last visit as it’s just not safe. It’s so dark and near impossible to see your child in so many spots of the inflatable now that it’s all one giant area. I have a bad knee and couldn’t climb in to follow my child so I had to try and see through the netted, small viewing windows. I would have thought an employee would be monitoring kids but all 3 sat behind the register. We left early after my son was shoved down by the same kid twice. In this day and age, I don’t want my child to play somewhere I can’t monitor him. It’s a beautiful new play space that was horribly executed.
We had an “Out of Word” experience at Planet Bounce! The new inflatable park was a hit with my 5 and 1-year-old, providing a safe and enjoyable space for both. The venue was clean, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!
