I love Optimal Health & Wellness! I found them back in 2016. Dr. Katie & Dr. Alivia and their staff are professional, friendly, and wonderful at their respective positions!! I have ALWAYS felt cared for no matter my issue! I have tried chiropractic, their massages which are therapeutic and relaxing, and their supplements (they were my “go to supplements” especially during the pandemic and my daughters mission trips out of the country)! Optimal has many services in addition to the things I have tried - including personal trainers, weight loss and health options that I’m still exploring!! I highly recommend them! 
Welcoming service and doctors that really want to help you feel your best. Dr. Katie never made me feel like she was in a rush and took her time to help me feel my best at my appointment. I just love the friendly atmosphere when I walk in the door!
I love this practice, I've been seeing the chiropractors here for 7 years. I get hurt and break myself a lot, especially in the summer months. Everytime I come here with my painful issues, they fix me up, sometimes it takes a few sessions but, I always feel the difference right away. They also do great preventative maintenance as well as prenatal adjustments.
Friendly staff, clean location, very helpful and accommodating! It will always be my go to when I need relief for my neck and back pain! Everyone is always very knowledgeable and educated! They're very professional but also treat you like family! 10/10 recommend!!
I Love Optimal! As a dancer I need adjustments often and they always get me right! I've came in unable to sit or stand without pain and within a few or even just one visit I'm back to the dance floor! Thank ya'll so much for helping me do what I love!
