Decently maintained, but could use some upgrading. Lots of ant hills, and has some broken/rusted-out equipment. Baseball fields are pretty well maintained. Basketball court is nice. Lots of playgrounds, picnic areas, and other recreational areas to hang in. Cool place.

The covers on the dugouts and seating area s are terrific!! Great job UC!!
It's my home park for my softball team I coach. Good area clean park for the kids.
