Great place to walk a measured quarter mile as I do. Many laps to reach my 5 mile a day target. It is beautifully landscaped. You can walk the river on the old rail line path. They have frequent trash bins for empty water bottles. For the younger crowd they built a skateboard park. Plus baseball when it is in season.
We are so lucky to have a spot like this in town. It's a great spot for excercise or to bring the kids to hang out. It has a skate park, a track, a playground and sometimes a small water park, as well as all the sporting fields you could ask for. Great place!
No tennis courts. They’ve been turned into Pickleball courts
It is wonderful! A fantastic place went to watch my great-nephew and his team practice football. They have a water splash park, skateboard park bike park baseball, football and soccer ball fields and a beautiful paved track. There is something to do for just about everyone! Very clean and kept up well! I was impressed with it also plenty of parking lots and outdoor facilities.
Updated post: they added some shade (small pavilion) to sit at picnic tables under. A splash pad, porta potties, skate park, basketball courts, and swing sets have all been added too. Thanks North Adams for really improving this area!nnNice area to have events, baseball games, play other sports, etc. The playground is nice, except there is no shade anywhere. There is nice paved walking track, great for strollers. Definitely bring sunscreen and water. Last I knew there were no public bathrooms or porta potties, but the parking lot usually has plenty of openings, unless there's a big event going on (ie fireworks)
