Great historic Colonial farm that allows tourists to walk through the old structures and garden. There is access to a fishing pier overseeing the Poto River and there are sheep, goats, and cattle on-site.
Great place to hike, fish (pier) and to bring the kids to see the animals.

This farm has great views. But only do you get to enjoy the scenery, but you can walk around and see the farm animals as well. I always have a great time when visiting the park.
If you have small children, the fairy trail is a must. They have a few cute fairy houses along the trail. Mount Vernon can be spotted in the distance across the river. There also is a colonial garden full of all the things people would have grown in this area around 1770.
So many trails! We had a lot of fun walking around- we were doing the Fairy Trail and only got to see 4 out of the 8 because we were getting turned around too many times. But it has great trails, and fishing locations... and the fairy houses are amazing!nDefinitely going back to finish the fairy trail! 😁
