Was awesome. Affordable too! Great for the kids and adults as well!nnBack again.. Considering what's going on in the world with covid and all, they have kept the place clean and sanitized. Here's your fifth star Mountain air! Thx for being open and working harder for your community. 👍✌️👊nnWell!! Back again for update 3.... I do love this place. But I have one concern. The PRICE! Good God, for sixteen bucks an hour I could feed myself for the day. Not to mention sooo many other things to spend on for an hour! Won't be returning anytime soon due to that one reason!nnUpdate 4..... I now see and understand the reasoning behind what I thought at the time was expensive. The prices are fair. I was informed on the costs it takes to run a business like this and I take back what I recently said regarding the price. It's a great place and I will continue to support your business. Thank you!
Kids had fun which is the only reason I give 2 stars. Upon entering my wife wanted to clarify about what kind of food you can or can't bring in, Logan explained but my wife had a couple other questions & he became short and unprofessional with his explanation.
Best Party! Sydney was amazing and made everything run smoothly along with Elliott the manager who ensured everything was going well the entire time. They were on top of everything from the first step of my online booking reservation to the end and completion of the party. I will defiantly be planning another party as well as many more jumps.
It was good. This is the smaller trampoline parks in Bend. The smaller area for smaller kids was nice. They did have 2 video type games. This would be a great place for a birthday party. The jumping area is smaller, but they have a huge party room, that the other one does not. The Wheelchair ramp was also nice. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
I would highly recommend Mountain Air for birthday parties, fun day out with the family, or just trying to find something fun for the kids. My son had his birthday party here and per his words it was his best birthday yet! They were extremely organized and made the whole process easy. From making the reservation, checking everyone in, bouce time to party time was easy and everyone had a blast. The party area was decorated nicely and we had our own individual employee who hosted us for the whole party time. Easy, fun, convenient best birthday location yet. Thank you Mountain Air!
