Mountain Air Trampoline Park

I am surprised this place is still in business! The conditions of the equipment in this facility are NOT appropriate for children! Protect your children!!nI will tell you about my experience today….nI have taken my kids her in several occasions, I am the parent that jumps all over the place with my little ones.nWell today was like any other day, (at least I thought) I turned my back to my 2 year old son for not even a minute and he was underneath the trampoline pictures here!nRIDICULOUS!! I was terrified when I go ces back and could hear him screaming for “mama” underneath the area pictured below.nHe was caught by the black net full of springs.nYou can tell this spot has been missing springs for a while now bc of all the trash and springs on the floor!nCalled one of the young boys “working” there. He goes to lift the purple protector and places it over the big open space.n“I said there are A LOT of springs missing. He replied with “there is nothing I can do, I told my boss about it but he never bought the materials to fix it.nThere are obviously many parents and grandparents that take their children and grandchildren here to have fun and enjoy their experience. But I recommend you look for other places to spend quality time with your children. I am not the person to make posts like this, but this is unacceptable and ridiculous!!nProtect your babies and DO NOT go here!nYou can tell by the pictures where the area is at, please be careful with your babies.nI thank God the net caught my baby or I would have been rushing him to the ER today. There are other areas in this facility that need attention but I did not stay to take more pictures.

I attended a family birthday party here. It's a typical trampoline park with a nice atmosphere. They sell snowcones and other snacks and drinks. The prices are kind of high but on par with the overpriced trampoline park market.nnPros - A little smaller than the really big parks so it's easier to know where you kids are. Contrary to one other review here the equipment seems pretty safe. Clean bathrooms.nnCons - The same thing, it's a little small so there is not as much room to run around and this place got crowded quick. - the people who are supposed to be watching the kids are not very attentive. The place seems like it's run by kids. We told them there was no soap in the bathroom and they acknowledged that and never put soap in there the 2 hours we were there.nnOverall it's a fun place to spend an hour or two and have a birthday party just don't have super high expectations.

This place is nasty, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months l. The foam in the foam pit is so bad deterred that it sticks to the kids.

Been there twice, so many hazards nails n screws sticking out everywhere, pads not in place like need to protect kids. Over all nasty the spongeblocks are old nasty and dry rotted. One part wasn't even half inflated when kids went to go down it employees told them to stay off it it wasn't aired up. Hello that's what kids are there for to play and I expect to play if we pay for the kids to do so. How about do NOT open up until everything is ready for the kids to play on. Employees hollering at kids. I understand there is rules but I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Did I mention there's a place in the floor swaying so much feels like it's about to break! half the arcade machines are out of order or take your money! Will NOT be returning!!! Need closed down for safety repairs and nice good sanitizing
