It was very crowded but we had a reservation for my baby's birthday party so it wasn't too bad for us. Our party host was great!! My 3 year old had a blast for her birthday!! She better have as much as mommy paid!! 🤔😂🤯
I can somewhat see the owners point of view, however, there are bounds that should not be crossed and this owner has definitely crossed several. I have owned my own catering company and to respond in the way this owner has would have killed my business. I depend on reviews to correct any issues that may arise. All this owner wants to do is bash people for making honest observations. I came with both my grandchildren and was treated wonderfully by the hostess, Yes the place is small for an establishment that wants to be a Chuck-E-Cheese but hey it's a respite for young children. Me personally I think the owner needs to find a larger location if he/she wants to maintain the degree of business without putting people at a position of being hostile in their review. In closing may I say the owner has done an amazing job at providing a safe, secure environment where children can come to and be happy.
I had a wonderful experience for my son‘s sixth birthday. Our host Mackenzie was very attentive and helpful. While serving our party, Mackenzie was training a new employee named Ava. I booked a small party thinking we would only have a few kids attending and was surprised to see double the number of guests I predicted. Mackenzie and Ava accommodated our extra guests quickly and simply adjusted our bill to account for the extra attendees. The party stayed on schedule with pizza and drinks ready by the times stated. Pizzas were hot and fresh when delivered to our table. All the party attendees and their parents enjoyed the experience and were catered to if they had any needs. Highly recommend this place for a young child’s birthday.
My granddaughter likes this place. We bring her here occasionally. It's a nice place for the little ones to play safely. For me, as a grandpa, it's a bit loud. But, it's not a bad price and she likes coming here.
