The staff was actually very friendly the management and people that charge your car were very rude and scammed us out of $152 as we wrote the banana boat with a minor who is 10 years old. We rode the parasailing with my son we had to pay additional $70 per person to write with a minor on top of paying $40 to Groupon but upon arrival being notified that the $40 on Groupon was not applicable and we had to pay again After paying $657 for two people to do parasailing and banana boat I am very unsatisfied with the service received having to pay additional fees and being scammed out of money is very unprofessional I would not recommend this service to anyone Contracts and documents with wrong and falsified amounts price is different from advertise and after not being hostile or upset, management, then call the police and see if that we are three in order to not give us services that we’re pay for any events

It was truly amazing! This was my first time trying it out. I consider myself an athletic girl, though I must admit I'm more on the slim side than muscular. So, it wasn't as easy as it might seem, but it was incredibly fun! My instructor, Ricardo from Brazil, was fantastic. He was patient, encouraging, and really helpful throughout. I had a blast and even managed to slide on the water well! I'll definitely be coming back for more!

This place is amazing as well the people who work here. So many good vibes and experiences here. For sure coming every Wednesday ( they have happy hour after 4pm )
