Took my 9 month old here while on Marco on vacation. They were kind, helpful, efficient; so accommodating to a mom with a very sick baby. The NP I saw was so knowledgeable and reassuring. She came up with a plan quickly after a thorough examination. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service. I went 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday. They were able to diagnose and treat me. I was on antibiotics within one hour of my appointment. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. I really appreciated it!
I was hesitant to try this facility because of the name-Physicians Regional. But it was excellent! The receptionist was very pleasant, the facility was very clean with nice waiting room, and the medical professional was personable and diagnosed me quickly and called in my prescription. Definitely would go again
Great overall experience. Was able to make an appointment. Very organized and efficient. Diagnosed my problem and gave me medication to solve my issue. Was in and out in 1 hour. I only paid a co-pay.
Went to get help breathing because I had pneumonia. PA sent for ambulance. Went to NCH ER. Stayed 3 days because of respiratory issues but ER thought it was a heart attack because of severe chest pains. Turns out it was viral pneumonia diagnosed 4 weeks as bacterial which antibiotics dId no good. Dr Vicharyous should not be treating patients at the Marco Walk In clinic. NCH treated me for chest pains thinking I was having a heart attack, and chest congestion with severe cough. PA thought it was a pulmonary issue but she was not completely correct. I'm disappointed that doctors rely on PAs instead of seeing a patient as the doctor should. PA was very nice and concerned and I'm glad I went to the hospital. I'm home today on the road to recovery. Next time I need to go to your clinic, i will insist on a doctor.
