It was my daughter's first time jumping and basically she was unable to jump how she wanted to because the machine operator was focusing more on the other child. Poor customer service and bad attitude when the other child's mother mentioned my child not having a good experience. So I feel like I wasted my money and the machine operator seemed like she didn't want to fix the problem. My daughter and I were so disappointed. I was trying to reward her for working hard and passing her test in school.
My son loves this thing. He told the lady working it was his favorite place in the whole mall and she replied, really? I hate this place.nnAre you kidding me?!? When we first went to jump she told us she was going on break, which is fine, so we waited 30 minutes til she came back and this is how she treated my son.nnShe was rude to everyone. Rolling her eyes and clearly exasperated that she has to deal with children. I truly hope management reads this and addresses this.
The staff was less than happy to be there. They seemed agitated that we wanted our daughter to jump. Unattentive during the time she jumped. She still had fun but we will not ever do this here again.
I arrive at this location at 10 and my son was so excited about being able to jump cause he has never done it before! The worker was on her phone and said “ we not open yet “ well it saids y’all open at 10 , she said about 10:15-10:30. And of course my son screamed because he didn’t want to wait nor understood why he couldnt get on! We needed up leaving the mall because he screamed the entire time we was there because of that.nWon’t be giving them any of my business or recommending them to others
It s the best kids place in Winston Salem that your kids can have fun the stuff is very friendly and they good with kids I always take my kids to the SKY JUMP , I recommend it.
