Pros: The customer service provided by the workers was mediocre due to a lack of experience. All questions and concerns were directed to the manager. But the customer service provided by the manager was very accommodating.nnCons: The rooms are pretty small and cramped. Be sure to bring your own hand sanitizer, disposable serving utensils, candles, lighter/matches. The host will only bring the food and drinks to the room, you are responsible for serving your guests.nnOverall:nThe place was incredibly busy. I recommend wearing grip socks and bringing extra change of socks.

This place was so worth driving 3 hours to come experience. My wife and kids loved this place. Definitely will come back again

Came here with my son had a great time they also have some food and snacks. They have a large ball pit for the smaller kids to play in.
The concept of this place is a good idea but more than half the balls were crushed. The balls are literally everywhere and this place is dirty. Unfortunately parents let their kids run free and parents were sharing bullying happens here as I witnessed two kids shoving one kid in the corner until he couldn’t move. Kids were running around with runny noses and the balls in their mouth. I’m not sure why they have good reviews. Also, the girl working the snack bar looked dirty with mismatched socks and SpongeBob dirty sandals. I wouldn’t recommend. All the trashes were completely full and pouring over, the bathrooms dirty and much more.
