They gotta stop letting “kids” work here. Leo provided the absolutely worst tour of the place possible. His vibe was terrible and made me cringe when he asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership at the end. I’d do anything but help you out. He wasn’t even a real agent and does even know my name! Learn some social skills before you start talking to members! Plus, why do you look like you’ve never even been to the gym if you work here??
Facility itself is decent, but the 5 stars really comes in from the trainers! I have interacted with a lot of them at this point and I am always impressed by how friendly and knowledgable they are. Big shout out to Christian S who I travel to this gym specifically for. As an adult training in a nonstandard sport I have found his knowledge and flexibility imperative to my progress- especially when it came to not falling behind after an injury and still being able to place 3rd in a recent tournament. He is really able to meet you where you are at and puts in the extra effort to understand you and your goals!

Friendly staff and always clean and tidy. With so many cardio machines, there's never a wait when I'm there which is great. The yoga classes are my favorite - super instructors (especially Dante).

Why is there pop and R&B music being used during yoga classes????? One of the teacher had to jump in and change the music as the lyrics were inappropriate......please use appropriate yoga meditation music so members can actually have a relaxing session.. similar to other lifetime location.....also the shower body wash,conditioner pumps don't work...
The new speed bumps are outrageous. They will undoubtedly cause issues to my cars shocks and struts.nnAlso the showers stink like sewage. I wouldn't be surprised if they failed an inspection due to toxic sewage fumes coming up through the shower drains.
