Such a fantastic company to work with. Bounce house was delivered early and adjusted quite a bit after blown up with zero hesitation. Cleaned on the spot and ready for play. Picked up on time. Such a smooth process from start to finish and my kids LOVED it!
3rd year in a row using them, and will absolutely use them again in the future. Mike has always been responsive and accommodating. Last year he let us make changes at the last minute due to rain. This year at the last minute he let us swap out to a water option since our party was on a crazy hot day. The drop off/set up people have always been friendly and kind to our very excited kids. Highly recommend them!
Great day for the grandchildren thanks to Let's Get Bouncy Moon Bounce Rentals. It was a great time saver for us to have someone else do the work for a change. They delivered on time, set it up and took it down. Plus, they delivered early for us to make sure we had the water slide pool filled before everyone arrived! We will definitely use again next time we have an outdoor event!
Great experience! On time for drop off and pick up. Mike was very accommodating with a reschedule due to rain. I was super impressed that the person who picked up, sanitized the inside surfaces prior to dismantling. Overall, very happy. I've already booked for Spring.. Half way to Halloween birthday party for my son.
We had a great experience with Let’s Get Bouncy! Mike was responsive and great to work with for accommodating for our party. The day of the delivery the drop off occurred earlier than expected, and pick up was later than planned. The kids were able to enjoy the bounce house for a longer time. We will absolutely use them again, and have already referred them to a friend for a party in September. Our son had the best party ever with the bounce house addition!
