Leap N’ Laugh Reviews
Not a bad place for the kids but the staff is rude and should get some proper training. Very uncomfortable when staff is walking back and forth watching your every move. Rather than walking by and asking customers how is everything the stuff just walled back and forth many times. I lost count of how many times. Also to have plenty of time to walk back and forth making people feel uncomfortable, it wouldn't be a bad idea to spend some time cleaning the place.
Great place! Very clean and the staff was great and we’re hard at work! Lots of bounce houses and toys for children to play with. The nachos were delicious and the manager was awesome! Lots of pop it toys for sale too!
This is only my second time here and horrible experience- my son went to grab a Gatorade out of the drink cooler while I was getting my wallet out and the worker asks me if I was going to be pay for it - then I went to change out the drink for a different one -go pay for it and the same girl goes - did you charge her for the Gatorade too when I clearly changed out the drink and put the Gatorade back . I get making sure people pay for their drinks but the approach was rude and there is a better way to approach paying customers - you can’t just assume every person steals or is not going to pay for something - I do not steal nor do I need to spend my hard earned money on a place that has such a rude approach toward customers. I’m all set . Learn some customer service skills.
Awesome place for the kiddos very fun BUTT just didn't like how the employee walk on the Carpet with old shoes on and kicking the toys to a corner so they can clean up while kids are still playing
Cool place to check out with the kids or to go to a party. The price is kind of steep for the number of activities/bounce houses to keep the kiddos engaged for it to truly be worth the cost overall. They used to have a smaller toddler area, which was super convenient for those of us with both bigger and smaller kids, but thats gone now. The games in the front are a bit expensive but on par with typical arcade prices.nAlso, the first few times we visited there did not seem to be much by way of staff within the bounce room, just a few in the front at the counters (over 3 months ago). However, during this last visit (4/29/23), there seemed to be plenty more employees for the size of the place and the volume of customers.
