Launch Trampoline Park West Palm Beach Reviews
Took my son(4) on a play date there. Nice place with tons to do for the kids. They have a jump area, indoor playground, rock climbing wall, a ropes course(48 in+), arcade games, and laser tag. They have packages for the different activities. Laser tag is 1 round of play per package.
It’s a nice, ok place. They keep it clean but the staff seems to be disgruntled and unhappy about people being here. The water fountains are broken or shutoff so you have to buy water bottles which isn’t cool.nnJust felt like a well kept place that nobody there wants you to go to. Hopefully it was just the one time and their team learns how to focus on the kids that want to have fun.
Went for toddler time on Saturday and had a BLAST! Kids had a great time and there were no big kids dominating the equipment. A bunch of stuff wasn't working in the arcade, but you don't really come here for the arcade.
Today, we hosted my son's 12th birthday party at Launch. We booked the party online with ease. Patrice then called to confirm our arrangements. Patrice was patient, informative, flexible and always VERY quick to answer. She really should be a model team member for their staff. The day of went very smooth! Our party attendants were Shemeel and Madison. They were on point! I never had to go looking for them. If you have the option, request to work with these three. We had our party at 11 am on a Sunday so it was very quiet and almost like we had the place to ourselves. We really had a great experience!
I’ve been here twice in the last month. My daughter was invited to two birthday parties. The first party seemed to go smoothly and the party attendant actually helped keep the space tidy and usher the kids to the different timed events.nnThe second party was not as smooth. The party attendant could not put her phone away and just sat on the couch until it was time to refill the lemonade pitchers. The hosts seemed very upset that there were no formal announcements for laser tag or pizza so it was up to the host to run around to find all the kids.nnThe kids had a lot of fun either way. As a parent, I would say my complaint is that the staff should put their phones away while at work. If you’re looking for an employee, try checking the darkened corners of the space. I guarantee you’ll find a group of teens wearing sweat pants, slippers and hoodies all zoned out on their phones. It legit is hard to find anyone working on the floor. I also wish there was a way to better see your kids while they run around the facility. You almost have to run around after them the whole time because there are so many obstacles preventing you from seeing where they are.
