My children love Launch. They jumped and ran until they where exhausted. Numerous games to spend there tokens and the food was excellent. The host greeted us and helped get us signed in. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I took my granddaughter here. I expected this location to be exactly the same as the Deptford NJ local. It's not. The scale of the equipment is bigger. My 7 year old granddaughter couldn't enjoy any of the activities. The location in NJ is equipped to accommodate children, which are my granddaughters' age

1st time here great experience clean area. Very spacious, all of the staff was very helpful. Recommended 10/10 . Food was ok for it tocbe made to order it wasnt as hot as i would have liked. But ..... everything cant be perfect lol id come back

We had a great time at Launch on 10/7/23. My son (6) has been asking to go again for a while but I do not like going on the weekends because it’s a lot of people and it can become a bit wellll Raunchy lol. However, from start to ending it was good. The team members that WE encountered was friendly, smiled, helpful, and understood my joke when I playfully said “here is my receipt, I would like a refund for these kids that I brought” she politely let me know that it was outside of the return policy but she could accommodate me by letting me know the nearest location that might take them back 😂😂😂… needless to say no one will accept my receipt nor will they return or exchange these kids for store credit … (please note this is a joke for those that have a consistent frown line in the middle of their forehead 🙄) so the cute young lady with the blue and black cornrow/braids that was at the register at check in the evening of 10/7/23 you were really great. I do apologize I forgot your name. She deserves double bonus points for her personality.
