We love Launch. However, I will not be having another BD party there. Cost of party vs what you get is sad. You get 40 minutes to choke down pizza, cake and ice cream. Had 5 minutes left to open presents. Never again.
We had my son’s third birthday party here today. It’s the first party we have had and actually rented a place for. I was scared it wouldn’t be wonderful, but they exceeded ALL expectations! We got a confirmation call a couple days before going over the details, check in was seamless, everybody got their wristband and socks, got to jump, the room was set up before we got there, the pizza was great, drink pitchers stayed full, and our staff member checked in regularly to be sure we didn’t need anything (in my rushing around, I completely forgot to catch his name and I wish I would have! He was the best!!). They offered Joey the kangaroo to come in when we sang happy birthday, but little man was chomping at the bit to open his presents 🤣 I would give ten stars if I could!
We have come here many times and it continues to be the best trampoline park around. The kids love the laser tag as well. What really makes it shine as compared to the others (we’ve done them all) is the people. The place is always very well staffed and the staff are truly great. Always super helpful, polite, just great people. We’ve done a few birthday parties here and it doesn’t disappoint. Oh, good Buffalo wings too.
