I have been to this place so many times for my kids and their friends birthdays I am bored..lol. But the kids have a lot of fun. That said, never seen any employees on the trampolines monitoring the kids. We always tend to watch the kids as there are way too many and some can be rowdy. Be responsible and have fun.
If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!! Kaitlin is BEYOND amazing and has a heart of gold!! All of the staff was wonderful! Even the girl I spoke to on the phone the night before(her name started with an M) They all were polite, kind, compassionate, and working hard!! Thank you all so much for helping make our girls birthday memorable! This will be one we never forget!
The place is just fine for birthday parties and small functions but, it is not maintained well enough. The rest rooms are horrible...
My son had his 6th birthday party here and he had a great time!nThe private party room and the host were amazing! Lexi was our host and she took care of everything for us 🙂nWould definitely come back here :)
The lady at the reception was so rude.nWe went there to celebrate a birthday; we were supposed to be out by 7:30 pm. While kids were getting their shoes and jackets on, it took an additional 3 minutes. The lady came to the exit door , kept the door opened for us to exit , to show her frustration, and didn’t even care to respond several of us saying sorry / thank you for that extra 3 minutes. Never to this place ever. 👎
