Launch Leominster Reviews
Very awesome spot. Was pretty hectic but upon arrival and throughout the day. But it was also a rainy day and they are also still very new. Given the amount of people that were there, the staff all still did a great job. Tremendous actually. They had their work cut out for them for many reasons and still kept things moving fairly smoothly. I didn't see anyone not enjoying themselves among the crowd. Although we didn't eat, all the food I seen coming out looked really, really good. It took some time to get a few drinks (non alcohol).. that was when I seen all the food. An easier option to grab some quick drinks would be fantastic. But I'm sure all these things will be worked out over time. Perhaps another register taking orders when they get backed up. All in all it's a really good set up. Things are spaced out pretty well and the spread is pretty easy to navigate. You won't lose someone for too long if you're looking. Even with the second floor area. Everything was nice and clean. Lots of things to do, lots of options also. Good mix and match program. Plenty of activities and fun games. Easy card system makes things extremely convenient. I also noticed that the private parties being held were up in their own area. Kind of like their own floor almost. Really nice that those are more private than in some places. You're not all up in their party.
My son was invited there for a bday party. We're friends with the boys parents so they invited us to bring our youngest 2 children as well. We insisted on paying for them seeing they weren't initially part of the party. Well when they tried to charge us $60 for two 3 year olds to jump on a trampoline for an hour We decided not too. Fortunately the party had 2 no shows they the kids were able to jump anyway but they were bored after the hour. I feel like the price should be adjusted by age. A 3 year old isn't going to have the same experience an 11 year old will. I know it's free for 2 and under but maybe a cheaper rate from 3 to 5 would make sense. I also was not a fan of the check in process. We were sent back and forth 3 times before finally getting socks and bands. But with that said my oldest had a blast with his friends.

Great spot in leominster. It's like a small Apex with a bunch of cool things to do. It took us 20 minutes just to check in and I'm sure they will work the bugs out but the check-in process is currently broken. The WiFi password is Joey-guest
I want to start by saying I think this is a fun place for kids in Leominster and to give it a chance, but there is some stuff you should know. The line to get in was very slow and didn't move for a while be prepared to wait. The arcade was small but still fun. All of the games were nice and clean. I have to be honest and say the place felt pretty cramped, like they're trying to do too much in one space. The line to get food was super slow. Speaking of food.... save yourself some heartache and eat before you come or eat afterwards. The area where they make the pizza looked FILTHY, but by the time we were leaving (like 2 hours after we got food) they had finally cleaned it. There were definitely people there handling food that should've had on hair nets. They were at least wearing gloves so thats a plus. The food is extremely pricey for what they give. For example I paid $6.99 for a side of fries and I got like 6 fries in a tiny metal basket. The kitchen made a lot of little mistakes. They fixed them when brought to their attention but after a while you get tired of going back and asking for things to be fixed. I got some wings that were the highlight of the kitchen pretty tasty even though they had to be sent back because they forgot to sauce them. One of the last things I got was fried dough it was supposed to have some kind of cinnamon stuff on it but what I got was still very cold, almost frozen in some spots, pizza dough with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. Didn't bother going back was pretty much ready to go after that lol. The bar though was lovely that bartender, didn't catch her name, was a super star. Very sweet and made great signiture drinks. Overall take the kids have fun, maybe buy them a happy meal before you come. All of the kids there were having a blast and I can't wait to bring my nephews, they'll love the trampoline area. I'm sure every thing will improve as time goes on and they get into the groove of things. Prehaps they could develop a checkin app to make it go fatser.
