I’ve had a bunch of birthday parties here for my kids. Usually everything goes smoothly. The staff assigns someone to you to help out and keep things on track. Staff has been great. Laser tag has gone down hill in the past two years-more and more of the vests are out of service. This time we had break up the party of 14 because they couldn’t take everyone. Kids were fairly disappointed. Pizza wasn’t as good as in previous years (it’s been great normally) but maybe it was an off night.
Took my autistic sons to this place like I always do, and particularly this lady just couldn’t let my kids be, train your employees on how to handle kids with disabilities, that lady was so mean and rude to me, she kept yelling at me, autistic kids are not dumb they r human beings just like other kids so please be respectful and let them be when they come to play all they r doing is exploring. I was so disappointed we have been to this place 6 times and after today I don’t think I ever wanna go back!!!!!!!
A fun place for the whole family. Great staff and lots to do. We have had multiple birthday parties here for our kids. Definitely coming back again!
It's not very big so easy to control smaller kids. Very much enjoyed our first visit. Can't wait for upcoming birthday party there
Had an absolute blast here with our 4 and 2 year old. Definitely recommend toddler session Sunday morning from 9am-11am. Trampolines, foam pits, adventure jungle gyms, obstacle courses, arcade, and food. What more could kids, and definitely parents, want!
