KTR Chandler Reviews
We love ktr! There is so much to do for all ages. We recently visited the other location and loved it and knew that we had to try this one as well.nnChecking in is easy and fast! Love that they don’t require a specific sock, it’s always a pain spending an extra $5 on socks per person.nnWe rented a helmet. There is a skate park area. We brought our kids scooters they are 4,5 and 6. Helmets are required on anyone 18 years and younger. You can rent helmets there for $5 a piece.nnThat didn’t last long 😂😂nnHeaded to the trampolines were it is one person per trampoline. I always have a problem with this, I respect the safety however there is never anyone to monitor trampolines so kids can be on there for hours and never get off to allow others on.nnThey have a much smaller obstacle course than the other location with a huge amount of pillow, could easily add more obstacles.nnThey have this nifty building climbing set up that my kids played on for ever!nnA netted soccer/ basketball section.nnAnd then the 6 and under area where we spent most of our time.nnHad a blast but this location could totally use a sprucing. Trampolines look like they are on their last limb, climbing structures have seen better days, just a little run down but that doesn’t stop kids from having fun!
This place is straight garbage! Biggest safety hazard I have ever seen! You can’t fix everything with duck tape and washers! Place has not done one up grade since they opened 6 years ago …actually the opposite there is a busted slack line and they took out the bar section!nnStop lining your corporate pockets and do some quality control!nnI want you to stay open, but your waiver does not cover negligence, and a kid ripping their head open on exposed screw heads will cost you millions in lawsuits..nnAfter reading other reviews addressing the same issues…and their reply is always the same saying they are fixing things…. but they are not lolnnBut they have plunty of money to keep opening more locations, but can’t afford or don’t want to maintain the ones already open 🤷♂️
Great but mainly geared for older kids. Huge bike and skate park as well. Expensive but look for coupons or go during the week.
We love hitting up trampoline parks and this one didn’t disappoint. Their trampolines are a differ type of material than other parks and it makes them extra bouncy. It’s one kid to a trampoline so you do have to take turns or sometimes wait. They also have a better area for basketball and soccer which is fun for playing games with the balls being contained. They have lots of party areas to rent that give you a great view of entire place. Some of the teens working there were busy chatting and not always paying attention. So some trampolines were watched closer and others not so much. I think if bigger signs were made for the rules for the one person to a trampoline that would help as well. Would recommend for families!
KTR is a lot of fun for kids 5+. I put 4 stars as this location hasn't kept up with upkeep nearly as well as other locations. Lots of the equipment is coming apart and needs to be repaired.
