Lots of great water toys! They have a big bucket that fills up with water and dumps out! They have small water falls and sprinkles! They have a play ground with swings, Slides. Picnic tables under a shelter. They also a swing that holds a wheelchair

Great place to stay fit and walk your dog. Get away from the world for a while. It's wonderful to see how many improvements have been made since it first opened. Kids will love the play area which includes a splash park during the warmer months. Make sure you keep your eyes on your children at all times. Law enforcement is normally close by even if you don't see them. Be smart always.

Great place to spend time with friends and family. There is a trail to walk for exercise and a splash pad for cooling off from the hot sun. Facilities are as clean as could be expected in a park.

Absolutely love how me and my hubby can go to a picnic table and eat outside just because. I love the kids laughs radiating from playing, I enjoy seeing people in their own worlds walking the trails. I have no complaints especially with how many things there are to do! When the food trucks show up, it's an extra bonus. Surprised by how clean it tends to stay also!

UPDATE: We finally got a chance to visit the SplashPad today! IT WAS AWESOME! Hands down thee best free SplashPad of any of the NC parks I’ve been to that have a SplashPad, SprayGround, or SplashGround! It is super cool, super fun for kids, and DOZENS of different water-spraying elements for kiddos to play at or on or with! One of the best PlayGround/SplashPad combos at a park for kids! They also have PAVED walking trails! Awesome Park! nnSuper cool park and very nice playground! The artist in me LOVES this primary-colored playground! So much thought and creative effort went into this playground with all the different colors of both the playground structure as well as the custom rubberized flooring! Three different slides, multiple spinning things to ride on, and super fun and different types of swings! It also had like four or five different awesome musical features as well. AND…..they built a SPLASHPAD here also!!!! SO MUCH FUN!!! Awesome playground for little kids!
