An honest review…nnI went here for the first time this week. (On a Tuesday) Before going, I read the google reviews so I want to address what a lot of them say.nnCleanliness: It was clean in there including the bathrooms. Maybe on busier days it is not as clean - not sure.nn“Extra” Rides: My son was upset he didn’t have access to the rides. (I wasn’t going to pay the extra $3 per ride) Many kids were upset - especially when others paid and went on the swing ride.nMy suggestion - don’t charge for them OR get rid of them and install more play areas.nnStaff: The man working there was very kind and professional. He was able to answer all my questions.nnPricing: I was charged $14.95 on a Tuesday for my son to play for unlimited time. INCLUDING leaving to get lunch and coming back again. I was not charged as the parent. Nor was my 6 month old baby. Although I did see on the website they charge $5.95 for an adult.nnAges: I would say the best age for this place is 1-5 year olds. Any older kids would prefer Dave and Busters right next door.

A regular place for out little one. He enjoys it. The staff are here to do their job! They are nice and oblige!nThank you guys!

Found a place for the kid to play but probably not going back here anymore.nWe came with another family (just friends) so total 3 kids and 4 adults. 2 extra adults would have to pay $6extra/ each if we pay together. If we use their own money (or card) to pay separately , 4 adults would be FREE.nIt should be based on 1 or 2 adults PER kid, NOT 2 adults per group. And maybe the employee should be more clarify, rather than just saying like “ it would be $6 extra for each adult if more than 2.” And then raising her eyebrows after hearing my concerns like I’m crazy about extra $6 dollars.nDoes it make sense at all?

The place is nice but the people that works there is clueless about pretty much everything. Today 10/7/23 they were supposed to open at 10 am, they didn’t open till 10:37 am when we called to ask about the opening time even when they had a sign that said open from 10 to 8. Then they couldn’t get the train to work when there were already kids on waiting for it to run. Also we paid $5.50 in the ice cream machine, the machine never gave me the ice cream and they said I have to call my bank when clearly the problem was the machine. My card was charged. Ugh so upsetting.

I like this place. My kid loves to go there, but I don’t like the guy who works there closes the door 1 hour before the actual closing time. We were about to come in. It’s supposed to close at 6 PM on Sunday, but he closed the door for entering at 5 pm. I am going to find somewhere else.
