I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. We celebrated my daughter's birthday recently and loved the experience. We bought the VIP package and they took care of everything. We had a dance party, a character visit and kids had the place for themselves for 3 hours. I ordered pizza for the kids and the adults and everyone was happy with the food. The bathrooms were clean and the staff worked with me during the different activities. I received positive comments from my guests and I know I'll go back. Thank you team!
I took my daughter here for her 6th birthday! she had a great time. The employees made us feel very welcomed. the environment is very clean. the food is great!!! the employees are very personable and very professional. i recommend people to come here and have a great time with their family. Just everyone that works there made me feel at home it was amazing. Would love to go back for anothernparty.
The staff was welcoming and engaging. All the expectations were met, and the guests enjoyed my son's first birthday party. I highly recommend it.

My grandson had his 2nd birthday party on November 18, 2023. The party was excellent. The party hosts Sam and Michael were good. Everything was good. If I would change anything, it would be the host just being a little more attentive. Several times, when I was looking for a host, I could not find one to assist me. Just a suggestion, they should get some small tables that could accommodate 2 year olds. In addition, it should be practiced that before every party, they should check for cleanliness of the bathrooms and restock the tissues, if needed.
We went to my nieces birthday party and everyone had a blast. Very nice clean place, not too big. We had a private use of facility so no other people were there. The staff was attentive and helpful.
