Kids Empire Warminster

I reserved a kids party with over one month in advance, to celebrate my niece’s 6th birthday with all our family and friends. Fortunately the day started off with a good start and the staff at the time we arrived helped us get situated and seated us at our designated table area. The kids had a good time, and we all enjoyed our time together. The time of leaving was approaching and all of our party was at the table to get ready to go home. At this time unfortunately was when things began to go bad. The worker at the front desk began to complain about having our shoes on in the playing area. We were next to the shoes rack, because we were getting ready to exit the building. The worker was very unprofessional and began to yell profanity towards our entire family where the kids were still present and there were other customers with children present as well. The worker began to yell threats and was being held by another worker. The cops had to be called because the situation escalated and the worker was out of hand trying to come to us to physically hurt us. We quickly left as the cops arrived and were able to speak with another worker who let us know that we could chose to stay and speak with the police, which was not possible because the kids were scared and we left before they arrived. I cannot believe that a person like that is working in a kids place, its for one dangerous and makes it impossible to have a good time.

I had a party here for my son, and if I could give this place negative stars I would. It was the most expensive place I have ever had a party at for any one of my kids and it was the worst service I have ever received. Incredibly unorganized. We were supposed to be let in at 1:45 for a 2:00 party and we were not allowed to entry till well after 2pm. All of the parties scheduled at 2pm were just waiting in the vestibule, so many people that some were waiting outside and no reason was given to why we were not given entrance. Then once we got in we were told to take our shoes off which most of us did but I had a couple family members with disabilities and they were unable to take there shoes off due to it being a danger to them, the staff never asked if they had any reason or if they could accommodate in any way and they never asked them to leave but they called the police for trust passing without any warning. Mind you ALL of the staff and many of the other customers in the building were all wearing shoes. The police escorted them out. Then they had the audacity to ask us at the end of the party to pay for the adults that were asked to leave after only 5 minutes of them being there before kicked out. We did not have a party host to ask questions too they never put out our drinks that were included in the package we had to ask them for the drinks more then half way through the party. They never announced cake time so only my son was sitting there with no other kids around him for cake. It was just a horrific place for a party especially for the price they charge. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This seems to have a larger play space ( small scooters for toddlers and extra balls in the areas.) than Cheltenham location ( cheltenham has a bigger party/table space). Everything has the new smell and the slides and floors are extra slippery and fast. If you have kiddos who are elopers, keep an eye on them because there is a back exit, fire alarm and another set of doors in the front - not sure if they are alarmed or opened.

Very clean, and entertaining. Ideal for kids from about 2-6 yo. Everyone, adults included, must wear socks; you take off your shoes in the lobby area. No outside food allowed and it's best to sign the waiver online before you go. There's a diapered child area for the little littles.

Fantastic place for kids. Huge area, lots of activities for kids. Charges are not so high. Kids can enjoy here while it’s raining or snowing outside.
