Kids Empire Paramus

The kids have had an amazing time. It was also very clean. It was hard for them to leave at the end with all the fun they had.nnI do find it very odd that they don't have any hot food at all and you can't bring any outside food in.nWe got asked to put a bag of chips away but saw others eat a full lunch at the tables. I Don't think I saw the staff smile once in the 4hrs I was there. They did their job and served, walked around, and told people they couldn't eat outside food.

First of all, the process here is very troublesome. You need to queue up to enter your information on the computer, and then queue up to receive your admission wristband. This creates a large queue of people, and it takes at least 5-10 minutes for a person to come in and get in. You also have to take off your shoes. This is something I don't quite understand. You need to step in the toilet naked, even though the floor is full of water and urine. The staff management is chaotic and busy. It is a very, very bad place. I will not come here again. secondary

Can I say disappointment. This is our second time coming here since we bought the 10 day pass. The first time the manager was very rude when we were signing in. Also the music was extremely loud, it felt like we were in a club. The place is also very dirty. On our 2 nd time being here. It sounded like the music was lowered. My biggest problem with this place is the food. Apart from just offering junk and no allergies free friendly foods. My 2 and 3 year old daughters are on a strict diets due to food allergies. I brought food from home and the manager had one of the staff come and tell us that my daughters couldn’t eat outside food and that we had to eat at the front or outside of the place. I understand that many places make money by selling food at their parks but if they can’t guarantee that their food is nut, shellfish, gluten-free, and egg free, then they should not be kicking people out that brought food because of a health issue. Apart from that our daughters have a great time on the slide and building Lego castle. Can’t wait to use my 10 day pass so I don’t have to be here again.

My kids enjoyed it here. Not too crowded on a Saturday compared to other indoor playground we've been to. It's clean. Also cheaper than other indoor playground. The only thing missing here are real kids food, i was at least expecting a pizza, fries and what not but all they have are junk food we ended up going somewhere to get dinner. Other than that my kids love it.

We LOVE this place, and they did an amazing job hosting my 3-year old’s birthday this December! I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first noting there are some concerning reviews out there BUT… they thoroughly impressed our family by going above and beyond to make our event a huge success. They accommodated our large party by giving us more than enough space, helped with the setup (even though I brought A LOT of my own décor), and were extremely attentive throughout their very cool party agenda which includes a dance party parade with their Dragon mascot. The supervisor and managers were super helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were happy several times. The kids had a blast on the various CLEAN equipment; from the motorcycles to the giant slides – and the adults enjoyed themselves too! We also enjoyed the music, Lego building block area, and secret mini soccer field. Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to the PIZZA! We have a lot of foodies in our crew and many commented on how good it was. I am not sure where they order it from… but it’s way better than any other kid’s place. If you’re looking for some fun with the kids or to host your kid’s next birthday party, I highly recommend this venue. TIP: Have your guests sign the waiver online prior to getting to Kids Empire (which they explain prior to arrival) and you will have no issues with a line or wait time.
