My son has been at this facility since he was 1 years old. He is about to be 8. I’ve always loved the staff and have felt comfortable with my child being in their care. After Kid city took over I was scared at the changes taking place since my son is special needs. At times things were rocky due to director changing but since Ms. Sue has been the director things have changed for the better. She goes above and beyond to run the place with dedication & love. It’s obvious she genuinely cares. She handles everything in a timely manner and keeps everything up to date & promptly keeps parents informed Before there were so many issues even trying to sign your child in and out but thankfully the process is now quick and straightforward!!
Worst daycare we have ever had an experience with! My grandson was coming home with bite marks regularly. When this issue was addressed to the director, nothing would be done about it. This is because it was HER grandson doing the biting. There were other issues as well with soiled clothes, clothes being put on backwards, etc. Like they just didn't care. Remarks made by the director about the cleanliness of the kitchen were also RED FLAGS. Employees don't last long there either. We ended up pulling my grandson out a few months ago.nIf you are considering this location, PLEASE do your research 1st. Check into DCF and BBB reports etc.
My son was only here for a short time, but he did very well at this facility. It was very clear that his teachers care very much for the kids. In his short time here, his vocabulary and social skills have improved immensely, and at the end of every day he was sent home with a detailed report on everything he ate, drank, and did, as well as diaper changes and moods throughout the day. The director was always willing to help and answer questions we may have had, and we felt very confident in our son’s safety while he was in daycare. Thank you to all the wonderful teachers at Kid City!!

My son was bullied when he attended this place, told the ladys in front and even the owner, never did anything to address the issue, after we chance day car ,come to find out the bully kid is the nephew of on of the lady that works,or worked there at the time
They can't managed kids.
