Well the place is huge and awesome but it's lacking coordination. Kids are having fun but it's a recipe for disaster like bumping heads and younger kids getting stepped on by bigger kids, teens and even adults. Prices are also reasonable. Socks should be cheaper though. And staff should be more vigilant and responsive!!!
We wanted to wear costumes, and called twice asking if we may enter. I prefaced this question by letting the employees know our costumes were not scary, and that our faces would be covered.nI even scoured the website for a policy against costumes, the website didn't have any as far as I'm aware. I was told on the phone there was no policy against costumes, but that the inside might be hot. Employees on the other end were very nice.nWe were told yes! I haven't been to Kaos in a few years (which is also why I'm not rating based on previous experience), so I was excited to finally be there.nAfter a long process of putting on the costumes, me and my friend entered the building-- and then were promptly told we couldn't wear the costumes. After we were told yes!nIt was very disappointing to go back to the car and take everything off. It wasn't very busy.

One of the best finds ever! My kids love it and asked to go frequently. Staff is amazing and we always have a great time even if a fire alarm goes off. Highly recommend
We've been twice once just adults and once with kids and had a blast both times. The staff is friendly and helpful the equipment is clean and well maintained and there's something fun for everyone to do no matter their age. Highly recommend!
Super fun place for family day! very clean! employees were great. our son is autistic he had such a great time. one of the employee's (Travis) took a couple minutes to show my son how to play basket ball and Al-tamar took time to answer some questions for future events we would like to have there. all staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and will return for more great fun!!
