Kanga’s Indoor Playcenter Cypress Reviews
I had my daughter’s Barbie birthday party here and it was so fun! The facility was very clean and well maintained with all the games and rides working.nBianca was our party hostess and she was so wonderful, friendly and helpful! We had lots of decorations and Bianca was amazing in helping us transform the party room into Barbie Land and helped to direct the children and guests to keep the party moving on time. Also, the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We had pizza, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, fruit plate and chicken wings which were all enjoyed by our guests. Moses helped us with the piñata and made it really fun for the kids.nAfter the party, Bianca helped me to pop all the balloons, totally clean up the party and neatly pack everything back into my bags and loaded onto a cart to take to the car. This was everything since it was a lot of stuff but Bianca and her crew helped us clean up so quickly and efficiently. My daughter had a blast and the guests said it was the BEST kid party they’ve ever attended! Thank you for helping us have a successful party and for the special memories!
Visited today and it was great. Super nice employees (2 girls). Very clean place. I usually don’t go to indoor playgrounds because it is dirty and overcrowded. But l am impressed with Kanga Cypress. We will be back. Thank you new ownership for making this places so good! And special thanks to great employees (they deserve salary bonus for being so good to customers).
I brought my 1 year old here to play around noon on a Monday. It was pretty empty, yet the toys in the toddler area were filthy and look as if they hadn’t been sanitized or wiped down in a long time. The ball pit was absolutely disgusting. When is the last time these balls have been cleaned? Some of them were crushed and some of the blue foam balls were bitten out of. Even the fan in the toddler area was full of dust, yet it was blowing downward onto an area for babies. If this were a free play area I’d have no complaints, but to pay nearly $20 for my 1 year old to play in a very limited dirty space is absurd ($13 for the toddler & 5 for the adult). Also, more could be done to update the toddler play space. My final thought is that adults should not even have to pay admission. There’s nothing in there for adults to enjoy besides a seat.
Love Love Love! If you have small ones it’s a must my kids loved it I got the food which looked and tasted amazing! The staff was very friendly and communicated amazingly we all came with no socks got socks and food and entry all for less than 75$ best place to go to tire the kids and to sit back and relax!! I love this place! I can’t say it enough I attached many pictures and videos and as a parent who is gonna get in there and over 300 pounds yes you can fit 🤦🏾♀️ i will be getting the VIP PASS which is 85 for under 3 and 105 for over 3 for a total of 10 visits like there’s no wayyyy you can’t miss it! We had a blast! Smoothies are to die for! 🔥🫠
I wanted to share my observations from this Sunday's experience. Unfortunately, none of the staff members appeared very friendly, maybe they are low on staff. There was a girl who seemed upset, she never smiled. While I understand that everyone has challenging days, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere, especially when working with kids and parents, is crucial for good customer service. I believe that a friendly demeanor can enhance the overall experience for visitors.
