Have always had a fun experience here!nSign-up is fast and easy - available on your phone.nnIt has: zip lining, indoor wall climbing, a slide that goes really fast, a dodgeball area, two basketball nets, one of those - knock the other person down - area, a foam pit area, a jumping area, and a food court area.
We went on a Thursday evening about 5:30- closing. Kids had a blast & that’s all that matters! Bathrooms were clean which is always a plus

The kids like it, but only come here if you have done all your research and know how every confusing thing works (I.e registration, packages, trampoline socks etc.) the gal at the front has 0 people skills and will be incredibly rude to you if you don’t already understand everything or of it’s your first time. We spent $100 to be treated like trash. I regret every dollar I spent and we would have walked out if I didn’t have 3 kids that would have been disappointed. First and last time for sure. We could have gone to six flags for just a little more and had a blast and been treated like humans.
Nicole was the host for our party, and she ace her job! She did the best she could for the size of the party. I would only say if you're going to book a party here. Do this in person. Not online or over the phone.
We always have a great time when we visit and today it seemed would be more of the same until a few different children from our group encountered a teen/early twenties couple behaving very sexual and inappropriate (at different times throughout our visit) in the jungle gym area. One of the children in our group said the couple followed her and a much younger child she was with to a few areas in the jungle gym and continued the behavior like if they wanted her to see. We let the staff know but they were not asked to leave then we were told that the male is the step son of the owner. The fact that these individuals are allowed repeated access to a place full of children behave this way are reported and not asked to leave raises so many concerns.
