My kids loved this place! It was very clean, however the staff were horrible! Refused to sell us dipndots because they wanted to close the register and didn't want to recount it. Staff was running back n forth yelling to each other and singing unnecessary lyrics around kids. Hopefully they hire more mature staff in the future because we would love to go back.
I love this place! It’s fun & affordable for my son, we go almost weekly for the past year! They have special toddlers times too!
This is a great concept for the kids, however this organization has very little capabilities of running a business. It seems everyone we come here they can’t find our account even though we have been coming for 5 years to this same location. We bought a package deal when we first started coming here but was only able to use 1 of the ten because they could never seem to find it in the system after that. Now they have switched to monthly memberships apparently, definitely won’t be doing that. Hopefully you have a better experience.
We were here for a baseball team gathering for kids 8 and under along with younger brothers and sisters. The web site said black lights on Friday from 8 to 9. Tonight the lights went out at 7. There were too many young kids there mixed in with older kids to be playing in the dark. It was very unsafe for the younger children. In the future please wait until 8 to turn off the lights. It is a great place to come with our children but we won’t be back again in the evenings .
Older lady staff was not very friendly nor helpful, she was just standing there with a blank stare and seemed lost. Food and drink menu was inaccurate. It stated that drink refills were .99 cents but we were told that the menu was incorrect and needed to be updated and the actuall cost was $2.49. I ordered the Hunk a pizza and drink combo and was not allowed to upgrade drink to the refillable cup so I had to purchase that separately for full price and I wanted the supreme Hunk a Pizza but was told that the Hunks a Pizza was only pepperoni or cheese pizza but the picture clearly showed a supreme pizza under the Hunk a Pizza and also stated that extra toppings were free ( as shown on my submitted pictures) Very disappointed in my visit as I spent over $100 for jump tickets for an hour and a half of jump time plus another $50 for food and drinks. Not a happy customer!
