Jumpmasters Trampoline Park Reviews
Having a blast, staff is great fun activities and there was nothing but good vibes all around.
My family stopped here during our vacation to the beach and it was amazing. We have 3 kids, 5,3, and 1 they ALL had a blast. The staff was so nice, and made our time incredible. We also did a round of axe throwing which was just as fun as you think! Make sure you fill out your waiver in advance, so you can go right in and play.
Walked up and they had very good customer service! Let me wait in the lobby instead of outside in the hurricane while my friends were on their way. The arcade is super fun and their games are top notch. I just jumped. Their pics and videos are a good representation of what you’ll get, and this was a great start to one of my best friends’ bachelor party👌🏻
We were looking for something for our family to do and found this great little place by chance. We had kids age 6 to 14, all enjoyed this place. Multiple areas - trampolines, dodge ball, flipping pad, obstacle course, and ball pit. Great way to spend a few hours. Arcade and ice cream stand in lobby.
We’ve been to several trampoline parks and I don’t know that I would bring my kids back, mainly because of the price. It cost $19 with socks to jump for an hour which seems a little outrageous to me. We were very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism at this business as well. We were the only people there when we came 30 minutes after they opened at 12:30pm. There were no employees in the park itself, only one person at the counter. 15 minutes after we started, and employee came in with McDonalds and sat in the corner watching something on his phone and eating McDonalds. The whole place reeked of McDonald’s. It also did not look like the park was very clean. There was an old dirty sock and lots of dirt and debris. Considering they just opened and we were the first ones there, I would expect it to be a little cleaner. After the employee finished his lunch, he left for a bit, then came back and sat in the same corner behind a pole and stared at his phone the whole. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the music was banging though.
