Had my sons 6th Birthday party and ended up being worth every penny. Tiffany handled my checkout very smoothly with great customer service. I’m sure it’s not easy to manage a business with so much liability involved and most of your employees are high school kids. Customer Service ✅ Safety✅ Cleanliness ✅

This was my first time at the establishment, there is ample parking and the establishment is bigger on the inside than I expected. The prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. It is a decent location for toddlers up to older kids. The facility at first glance seems decent, but the soft play area for sure is terribly filthy, I was hesitant to let my baby play. The foam mat needs to be replaced and the other play items need to be deep cleaned, wiped down and hair removed. The carpet in the establishment needs to be vaccumed on a regular basis. We did order pizza which the have delivered and it was a decent snack for the kids. The kids did enjoy themselves, but I do not think we will return.

For a place to pay and jump, you will be fine but I absolutely do not recommend them. I reserved my party online and printed the invites from the reservation. My time was 1pm. They confirmed me a few days later for 10am and I already paid my deposit and handed out invites for 1pm. It was too hard to change it since I wasn't sure which kids from my kids classes were invited. I argued with them on the phone that since their invitations said 1pm and I already handed them out that they should honor it. They said they were over booked. I ended up grabbing small round tables and paying for guests as they came in. I was told I was not allowed to bring a cake since I was not getting a birthday booth. I was assured that I could order pizzas and it took 2.5 hours for the pizzas to arrive after I ordered and paid. It was honestly a nightmare but we made the best of it. Other parties that had booths were complaining as well asking for refunds. It was very chaotic. Again if you just want a place to jump, you will be fine but I would NOT do a birthday here. I didn't get any refunds or special pricing even though there was a mess up on their part. It was very overwhelming and chaotic.

Took 5 kids for the first time and the entire place is disgusting. The bathrooms were gross, floors were dirty, the place in general needed a serious deep clean. No rules were being enforced and kids were running across trampolines so you could barely use them. It was way overcrowded. It also seems like a likely place for a kid to get abducted. The exit is separate from the entrance counter and is right next to the arcade. Someone could easily take a kid out of there and no one would notice. We’ve been to Adventure Air many times and it’s much cleaner and more secure. We will not be going back to this place.

This is the only place where my 11 year old and my 3 year old can be equally entertained. They have been doing a lot of remodeling and everything they have added has been great. It’s definitely our go to place this summer to wear out the kiddos!
