Awesome place to have a kids birthday party! Very friendly staff. The adults had fun too!
My kids love this place ..Sometimes it's so hard to get a staff member to help you & when you do some are really friendly and others aren't! Overall my kids have a really great time 
My son had his birthday party at Jumping Jax and honestly the staff is the reason the place gets 5 stars completely! They were really cool and made it an easy experience overall.

This is a great place for kids of all ages! It's also nice that the adults have a place to sit and be able to watch them play. Other than the length of time it takes to get service for concessions due to lack of employees, this is a great place to take the kids any day of the week!
My Granddaughter enjoyed having her 7th Birthday party at Jumping Jax. The place was clean with a very friendly and helpful Staff. It is on the small side, but I much preferred it over the typical overcrowded, noisy Chucky Cheese places I have been.
