We had my daughters 5th birthday here and It was amazing!!! It’s super clean and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out. They made It SO easy (big thanks to Skylar, our party host). The owner reached out a few times and helped guide me with how much food to order and followed up after the party to make sure all went well. They were also super responsive when a child fell or was crying for any reason. I’ve thrown a lot of kids birthdays and I can honestly say this was the easiest and most fun for everyone! 10/10 recommend.
Me and my family enjoyed celebrating my baby 1st birthday. Nice and clean facility. Diamond my host was excellent I didn’t have to worry about doing anything but celebrating my baby. Will return again.
We absolutely LOVE JUMPING JAX! The staff an owner are such nice people and the kiddos have a blast. It's so much fun watching the kids interact. We have been for a birthday and just recently for Christmas in July... So much fun
My daughter just had her 10th birthday here at Jumpin Jax and she had a BLASTED. We had the whole place for ourselves. Cali was our party hostess and she did and amazing job. Super friendly and attentive to everyone. We will totally come back and highly recommend this place.
Great place for a kids birthday-from the moment I walked in, our party host was on top of everything. She was pleasant and one step ahead the entire time. The kids had a blast and everything was clean and set up nicely in the party room. If you’re looking for a super easy birthday party that is low on cost (compared to a lot of other facilities in the area), Jumpin Jax is where it’s at!
