Jump Town USA

My daughter just had her 4th birthday celebration this past Saturday with all of her friends. Kids wore their costumes it was great! This place is amazing. The kids had a blast and parents are all giving me great feedback! The helpers were fantastic as they kept a careful eye on all the kiddos and jumped in to assist when needed or even joined kids to ease some anxiety of the siblings about going down some awesome slides. The glow section was super cool and the kids enjoyed the music, bubbles, wind tunnel and candy cannon! The party room was set and clean and ready to entertain. A great experience overall! From planning to day of was easy!

I had my son’s 7th birthday party here end if November. My son is on the spectrum and has many sensory issues that I wanted staff to be made aware of. Things such as no singing “happy birthday”, not singling him out, no blasting music m, no surprises and so on. I spoke with Amy throughout the time leading up to the event and she assured me everything would go smooth. The day of the party was absolutely perfect. We had a total of 10 children and all the accommodations I had requested by the staff were held up. They were very kind and attentive. Before they did anything they came and spoke to me to be sure my son would handle it well. I was very happy overall with how the party went. A few other moms commented they would have their child’s birthday there as well. Thank you Jumptown!

Apparently fully private means other parties are going on so expect to see hi to people you dont know. I asked and confirmed that the ultimate package which is over 3k was fully private, I didn't expect other loud parties going on that my guest could hear or having to walk through other party's guest otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. I was adamant that I wanted a fully private which is what is advertised not to having to find a parking spot and having to walk through other people I don't know. Was it a nice party yes, but for what I paid I didn't need other people I didn't know there making noise, taking up most of the parking and having to walk through their crowd of people on several occasions. Since whether you pay 600 or 3000 just pay you will have other parties and strangers there just save your money and book the cheaper party. If your someone like me who only books private parties so not to deal with other parties you can get a fully private party for that amount or even cheaper.

We had our son's 5th birthday party here this past weekend. Everything was wonderful, from booking the party, to the communication prior to the party and of course, the day of the party! Everything was very well-organized. The employees that were with the children while they were on the bouncy-houses and slides were so attentive and helpful (unlike other places we've been to). I would recommend Jump Town USA to anyone, we had a great experience!! thank you!

Small but mighty....nnThey are hidden away in an industrial area but worth the visit for your next birthday party.nnThey have back to back parties so you will be pushed thru but the pace and operation is perfect to tire out your kids and make memories.
