DO NOT USE!!!!!! These guys are absolutely terrible. I had a party planned and I called and they were very professional. They sent a confirmation (number 780379). I called to confirm the day before, and they did. They were supposed to show up at 1. They did not. My party wasn't until 5 so I called 4 full times, stayed on hold, was told each time that they would check with the driver, then they would say that they checked and the driver broke down, then they would say he would be there in 30 minutes (they pulled this one twice). They never showed up and ruined my son's party where all the kids were expecting a bounce slide. I wasted a lot of time with them and disappointed a lot of kids.nnThey lied not once but repeatedly. If you actually want equipment, I would recommend against calling these guys. Other reviews on the web reflect that they took people's money (I was told to pay cash when they showed up). I should have found the review first.
When you call, they place you on hold and then hangs up. When you call back they place you back on hold.
Can't depend on them to actually show up. Very disappointing.
