Great company. They came out set everything up and explained everything we needed to know about the rental. They dropped off at 11 am and picked up the following afternoon so the birthday girl got a ton of time on the bounce house. The whole process was smooth and I would definitely recommend and use again :-) thank you jump csra for making my daughter's birthday a great day!!
Love working with this company. They’re so accommodating and helpful through the entire event planning process. They are prompt in communication as well as timely and efficient with setup/breakdown. This is our second year using Jump CSRA for our fall carnival. It was another wonderful experience. Easy to book, great communication and the new inflatables and game we added (basket ball, baseball, and the ax throwing) were a huge hit. We also booked the 5 player wrecking ball, jousting, obstacle course and a combo bounce house slide. We will for sure be booking with them again next year!

What a great experience! We have used Jump CSRA for several years at our church events. Very easy to work with, diligent, and kind. Received a call night before event to be sure all information was correct for delivery. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.
