It’s Playtime Reviews
A super fun and accessible play space for kids of all ages. The equipment was clean and in good repair, and the staff was quite pleasant. A bit pricey (16$ per kid + additional money for game credits) but the kiddos had an absolute blast. Give it a look, and you won't be disappointed.
Great place for little ones. Probably good for children up to 4 or 5. The women running it are very sweet. My 2 year old grandson loved it. Be aware your kids (and you if you plan to join them) need socks, I did not see this on their website anywhere. Be sure the socks are slip proof. They had socks there but they weren't slip proof and my grandson fell many times and I was close a few times. I'd hate to see someone get hurt that way. I would have loved to see maybe a few additional pretend areas but it was still very nice.
I threw my daughters 4th birthday party here and it was a hit! The party room was so beautiful and perfect for the kiddos , even had a photo booth which I wasn’t expecting.nnThey had a cotton candy machine that was popular with everyone! And the the staff was amazing! They even help me put up decorations and we’re so helpful the entire time.nnI highly recommend hosting a birthday party here! Thanks so much playtime!
Stopped in here with my two kids ages 2 and 4 on vacation. Very impressed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my kids had a blast. What a great way to keep them busy and let them have fun.nI have never seen an indoor playground have so much to do for little ones. I would highly recommend for something to do when the weather isn't conducive to playing outside.
BRING SOCKS for yourself and your child.nWe went here last summer and then again this summer. I was a bit disappointed this time.nPros are that the place seems clean. It’s beautifully decorated. There is a lot to do. There is free WiFi and comfortable seating. You can come and go as you please for a low price. The seating area is a comfortable temperature. There is a camera system that allows the grown ups to see the kids playing.nCons: When we were purchasing tickets we were told that the arcade and ticket pass was a really good deal by the lady at the desk, so we purchased that package. The arcade only has 9 games. The Virtual reality game was not working last year, and still is not. The games are expensive and give barely any tickets. The prizes for the tickets are priced to high. We were told we could save the tickets to use next time but we are from out of town. They would be better off getting rid of the disappointing arcade and adding more seating. Many times families came in and did not have a place to sit. The snack bar in the lobby has a confusing menu and the snacks are not good. I think they would be better off serving coffee for the parents rather than shaved ice for the kids. The website claims it’s for 10 and under but my 8 year old daughter seemed far to big for the place. The giant electronic game board was not working. It was just for show. A machine in the other ball pit was not sucking up and spitting out the balls like it was meant to. The bubble machine in the car wash was replaced by fake fluff. They require socks but did not have any for sale. Many families had to walk over to GAP for socks. Despite the air conditioning and fans, the kids play area was extremely hot. All kids would come out red faced and sweaty. We won’t be going back next summer.nThis place seems better suited for kids 3-6 years old without the purchase of arcade as long as you bring your own socks and snacks.
