Hyper Kidz Columbia Reviews
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this indoor playground! My two kids had a blast, and I couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and amenities. What stood out the most was the fact that I could actively participate with my kids, climbing and playing alongside them.nnThis place was a lifesaver for us, especially because my son has autism. The staff's understanding and support were exceptional. When he had a temper tantrum, they were incredibly accommodating. The woman at the front desk was not only extremely polite and friendly, but she also recognized my son's needs and allowed him to enter to calm down – a small gesture that meant a lot to us.nnThe convenience of easily accessible snacks and drinks made our visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the cleanliness of the facility, especially the bathrooms, left me in awe. I've never seen such pristine, child-friendly bathrooms in any other place. It's a rare find, and we'll definitely be coming back for more fun and a seamless experience!
Fun place! My son had a great time, clean atmosphere, bathrooms were shiny and clean- not crowded- super fun place! I really like that they have a coffee station for adults, great variety of snacks and juice, yogurt pouches- ages 2 and under play area too! I definitely will comenback, my son is 3 and loved it!
We went for a birthday party here and this is very cute if you have kids aged 2-7. Lots of things for busy babies to do including climbing , little slides that go into a cute ball pit, and everything was very clean. I normally leave a place like this with black socks but they looked as clean as when I came in. They have a little dance floor that lights up. Not much to do for big kids (including Mom and Dad) but awesome to get your little one's energy out.
Arrived at 9am on a Sunday and wondered if staff do any walkthrough prior to opening. There was a random sock stuck in one of the nets. One of the padded poles was unzipped so the metal pole was exposed. The triple-slide landing area had no balls in it at all (when I asked staff about the lack of balls, they did dump some brand new balls in but not enough to fill it up). The big inflatable bounce thingy on the left side was not working. Jack Sparrow was missing his hook hand. And the lone wavy slide was not slippery at all... you would literally stop while sliding down unless you kept pushing with your arms. My kids still had a fun time and left exhausted, but I expect everything to be in working order and better maintained for the money charged for entry. There were several staff constantly roving around cleaning everything to put you at ease about germ sharing.
Donald, the manager was an amazing! He went way above and beyond. My phone slipped and he without hesitation went and got it for me. My kids had an amazing time and he was able to provide us great service. We were sold and decided to book our daughters party after visiting.
