Wonderful walk through nature in the middle of the city. This is a beautiful break from the buzz of city life and gives you that much needed retreat. It's an easy one mile hike to the falls. We were a little late and most leaves had fallen, even then we found it to be incredible. Summer lush and peak fall colors will be a superb time to visit. Fun for kids and to walk your dogs.
Love coming here! Beautiful hiking trails, the waterfalls are excellent. Great place to spend an hour or two or a whole day with family and friends. Bring snacks/water bug spray etc. Multiple places to park and then enter to enjoy the area.
Came down here a little too late during the evening but I still had some time to view the falls and the surrounding area. There were plenty of benches to sit down and relax while enjoying the view. Just the sound of the waterfall can make you feel at ease, unless you forget your flashlight for the darkness.nAnd trust me, those phone flashlights wont do a thing to light up where you're going at night. If you want to get a quick view of the falls, theres a small parking lot on the east-bound side of south orage ave where you can get on the trail and reach the falls within 5 minutes. Also of course there are maps on the trail to guide you through everything. It was a nice and serene location to visit.

Never disappoints. Crazy to think so many of us travel across tb3 country to just see what we could see right here in NJ. Amazing views, peaceful hike, fall foliage adds to the beauty.
It was beautiful and a very nice hike. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed the afternoon enjoying nature. Parking is a bit limited but if you wait there is always someone coming that is leaving.
