It’s obvious that the owners take no pride at all when it comes to clean and sanitizing their facility. I don’t think it’s ever been properly cleaned since it’s been open. The foam floor is black, it’s hot, smells like BO. Older kids always aggressively shoving smaller kids. Employees are totally oblivious and could care less. It would change the entire game if this space was disinfected and they actually played Kidz Bop or music in the background. Do better.
My boys (2 and 5) absolutely love this place! We go probably twice a month and it’s always enjoyable. There’s smaller bounce houses and a play area for the younger kids and the price is awesome! Highly recommend
Love that there is a bounce house at the mall, but will never go when school is out again. It wasn't even crowded but older kids (middle school aged) were running and pushing through my littles, as well as climbing onto side walls of the bounce houses and jumping into the middle, juimping over dividers without being able to see the area they were jumping into...had to pull my 3 & 7 year old out of where they were playing a few times. Owners have cameras up but no one is moniroring anything. Was also kind of gross and needs cleaned.
The new bouncy place in the mall has about five bouncy houses (at least two are probably meant for toddler age). What we didn’t like was that all age groups are mixed, so 5-8/9/10 year olds were mixed in with 2-4s which can be dangerous in a bounce house! They had a refreshment stand with plenty of bait for little ones to get a case of the “get me”s! We were here for a birthday party and everything was clean and mostly organized, but it was also a rain day and very busy! They could use more space and a few more bouncy houses, but overall a good time for the kids.

Place is great for hosting birthday parties. You can pay for different party packages for reasonable prices. You get the side party room and the place is closed to the public for your time slotted. The staff is friendly and work with you. The 5 year old's had a blast with the bounce houses and the other arcade games. I also felt the place was clean. I would definitely come back if needed.
