Harbor Island Park Reviews
Our recent visit to Harbor Island in Mamaroneck was a delightful experience that left us rejuvenated. This month, my wife and I spent a day enjoying the beautiful beach and serene shoreline. The picturesque views of the sea and the calming sound of the waves created the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The well-maintained beach offered a comfortable spot to unwind, and the opportunity to stroll along the shoreline was truly therapeutic. We appreciated the cleanliness and tranquility of the environment, which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Harbor Island is an idyllic getaway for beach lovers and those seeking a peaceful coastal retreat. Our time there was well-spent, and we look forward to returning to this hidden gem in the future.

This park is on the water. It is big and beautiful. There is a beach, a playground, public restrooms, a World War I Memorial, and wheelchair accessible parking. We went to the Fireman's Carnival and had a great time. There were Mallard ducks in the water at night and jumping fish. There also is a fish made from the trash that is picked up in the park and in the water. There are trash cans and recycling cans available. We were told there are conservation and environmental camps for kids as well.
Had a great time here. They have swimming areas sectioned off and monitored by life guards. A splash pad and restrooms nearby. The little sea life building was cool to look at. Spent about 10 minutes in there seeing the local sea creatures.
Snack shop at the end of the pier with decent dock fishing and a bait shop.nNice views. Decent fishing. Mix of locals and tourist. Watch parking and leaving, seems to always be busy in intervals. Great public space with a public restroom when unlocked.
