I don’t recommend this place for your children’s birthday party. We had a very bad experience on this place. We made a reservation last February for my son’s birthday party last February. After 4 days their staff called to tell us that they need to move our time slot from 2-4pm to 5-7pm coz somebody booked the same tine way ahead than us. I was surprised coz when we went there I saw their log book filled up with schedules for Feb and March party reservation and here they were telling us that they forgot to place the reserved date of that person who made a reservation months ago. Obviously it was not an honest mistake and they were just favoring somebody else. I wonder if they will do this to a white person. What’s more irritating is the best that they can do is return our down payment. Of course you have to bring back our money! It’s not just the money but they didn't realize the feelings of the kids that was frustrated because of their “inefficiency”. We have to cancel our invitations because people cannot come on 5-8pm schedule that they are giving us because it’s a Sunday. What’s worst when I came there to get the refund the staff didn't even apologize.

First time here and the kids had fun. My little one did lose his socks.

They say they're open Friday Saturday No they are not If you're not with a birthday party you are not getting in my grandchildren has had free tickets all summer we received them after going 3 weekends in a row and not being able to get in and they still have not been able to use them you have to book the whole place as a private party or a birthday party to even get in

Enjoyed watching my children play.

Came from out of town to let the kids burn some energy and they absolutely loved it! Staff were very friendly and helpful getting set-up. Prices were reasonable will definitely recommend
