I have had two birthday parties here recently within the last 4 weeks for my two sons. James and Jess the party hosts both hosted on two separate occasions. Both absolutely fantastic, they really got the children in the mood, hyped up and ready to have fun with them. Always cracking jokes and very attentive throughout. Played games with the kids and was running riot with them on the trampolines. They honestly had the best time. The food sizes are amazing massive portions followed by ice-cream with different toppings they can choose from. Squashes provided throughout and cake cut up and put into takeaway boxes for the children to take away. Don’t think there was any thing Jess or James could have done better. Thanks guys! Xx

A birthday party for a 7 year old son. All the children had an amazing time. The check-in process was very quick, the party area clean and well set up. Mitchell and Jeanette were brilliant, they looked after us very well. They discussed all the details with me and were really helpful. Mitchell was great with the children - he played games with them, made them laugh and made sure they were all okay while bouncing. The party was a big success. Thanks to all the staff at Gravity MK, especially Mitchell and Jeanette.

Was great experience. Luke was the best, he explained us everything in detail, took precious time for us as it was our first time. He is the best employee we ever met!

I booked a birthday party for my daughter (it was on the 4th of November). We came in on the 4th of November at 12:30 as we were told.nThe manager of our party met us and directed us to the party table. The table was not ready for us, it was dirty and the bench was dirty as well. While the children were on a trampoline we had to ask for our drinks several time as no one bothered to bring any. After that we asked about the food and were reassured that it will be on the table as soon as the kids come out. When kids came out after an hour of jumping, the food was not there. We had to ask for our manager again and he told us that he lost the list with all of the guest's names and food choices that I handed him when we came in. In addition we found out that the people preparing the food for us also didn't have the list even though it was sent in advance! Our food was delayed by 25 minutes! Not only it was delayed but also some of the orders were missing! This is not acceptable, especially for somebody's birthday celebrations! We chose the most expensive package and did not get the service that we paid for! Some of the children started crying because they didnt get their food. We had to order some additional food from the cafe. Unacceptable service and terrible management!
