Get Air Trampoline Park

We had a terrible experience Saturday night for my son's birthday party. The place was under major renovations (over 50% of the place was not usable). There was garbage everywhere and it was way overcrowded. There was supposed to be fun lights and music to which there was not. I was NOT notified of this in advance and spent over $300 on this party. Hopefully they will reimburse me and I can update this review.

Pure CHAOS. It’s under construction and it is completely unsafe in this place currently. There is nothing on the website stating it is under construction, and it should be much cheaper considering half of the attractions are closed. There is trash everywhere, it’s so dirty and there is not a worker in sight besides by the front desk. Children are fighting and screaming and there is no supervision. This place used to be enjoyable, but like Billy Beez, it’s gross and overpriced and I would not be surprised if we catch the flu after our time spent here.

Such a wonderful experience for the children!! Celebrated my daughters 5th Birthday here and her and friends had a great time! So much for the kids to do!! My party host was a sweetheart and kind, and the manager was so friendly and kind as well! I would of given 5 stars, but unfortunately my only complaint was the guy at the front desk seemed bothered and was very rude/unfriendly every time me or a family member asked him a question, he was not friendly and not welcoming at all. I would strongly advise employee coaching, as employees should be joyful and chipper at a family/children’s establishment. But overall the friendliness and kind spirit of the manager and my party host made up for it! I totally recommend this place for birthday parties! There’s tons of things for adults to do too! And if you don’t want to play .. lots of sitting areas to sit and just watch the kids have a ball!! It was one of the best parties I attended and threw! 😃

I went to this get air this week with some friends and felt like I got completely SCAMMED. I walked into the building an hour and 10 minutes before closing and wanted to sign in so we had a whole hour. The lady at the front desk disappeared just as we walked in and didn’t come back until there was only 1 hour to close. After signing in we only had about 50 minutes after paying for a whole hour. On top of that, before we even walked into the main area, the lady at the front desk asked us to “pick up the balls from the ball pit and put them back in” because she wouldn’t have time to do it herself. So now we have less than an hour AND we’re asked to use our 50 minutes to do someone else’s job instead of having fun. Unfortunately it gets worse. Upon entering the main are we realize that half of the place is under construction, no ninja course, no foam pit, no soccer, no surf board, no slack line. I’m all for renovations and adding new things in there but now we have just paid full price, to jump for half the time, on half of the attractions. This bothered me because there was no warning, no sign saying that it was under construction, nothing, and we couldn’t even see it from the front desk to make a decision on weather we wanted to pay. That is why the Union road get air receives one star from me.
