We’ve been coming here for years and we’ve always liked it, but ever since Jaqueline started working here, we LOVE it. She’s so sweet and happy and pleasant. She’s so helpful whenever we have questions. And we’ve noticed there started hosting some really great events. The Santa visits were so awesome and we look forward to going to the NYE party as well.
Great place for kids to realse high energy and keep them busy for an hour or more if you choose. Sometimes, these establishments smell like feet, but take that with a grain or salt, considering it's a trampoline park and must take off your shoes. One thing to be warned about with children is the foam pits. If other children have lice, it can be spread like wildfire as they play in them and more susceptible to getting them. Adults can jump and play as well, I have been at 270 which can be considered as a larger male but I was still able to jump and do backflips and land safely in most trampoline parks without worry of breaking the coils or material, hope this helps.

We have had a few visits and so far it’s been great. Seems there is new management who are making an effort to make positive changes. One suggestion is that a coffee machine for the parents to use would be great. Where we live these places have little cafe inside with food (not just candy) and drinks.
We just had my daughters birthday party at Get Air Swansea and it was fantastic! Everyone that helped us from the reservations, recommendations and party coordinator were marvelous. Shout out to Jaqueline, Abby and Melissa! We will be back. Thank you again!!
Decent price. Kids had fun. I had fun. Learned how out of shape I really am. But it's pretty clean not to busy on a early Saturday afternoon. It's fun. You need special grip socks. If you already have some they do let you use them! So save the socks if you want to save a few dollars. If you have little ones an adult should definitely be ready to jump to lol they might need a little help but it's safe. You get an hr of jump time...that's plenty!
